This was my first project I officially produced, designed and managed while still coding most of the game. It started as an off-time project which scaled pretty quickly and got a publisher. Tasks were coding everything from Gameplay to Backend integration. Challenges were managing a team on a brand new project, setting up maintable structures (managing- as well as code-wise), guiding the different departments to work together, while keeping the publisher expectations in mind. Looking with Game Designers at what other Idle Games are doing and iterating changes through Analytics was also very interesting.
