XEL is an epic 3D sci-fi fantasy action-adventure. Explore the mysterious world of XEL and help protagonist Reid to uncover her enigmatic past. Make new friends and foes along the way and collect exciting gadgets to master challenging dungeons and solve time bending puzzles.
I joined the project late in development and assissted in managing our team of 15+ people and improving development structures close to release. Additionally to our SCRUM structures in Notion, I set up a Mantis Bug Tracking board and defined usage and reinforced communication. On the basis of my technical know how I was responsible to set up maintable cross platform architectures and assist in Porting.
